About

ABOUT US

WRW Legal, PLLC serves all members of the deathcare industry.  Managing Member, Wendy Russell Wiener, began her career in deathcare regulatory law in 1993 representing insurers for whom the regulatory landscape in Florida was changing.  As regulation of preneed transitioned from the insurance code to the cemetery law, Wendy followed.  Appearances before the regulatory board in Florida resulted in the expansion of the client base she represented in Florida from insurers to cemeteries, funeral homes, industry professionals, financial institutions, and others.

Today, WRW Legal, through Wendy, senior associate Lauren R. Pettine, and associate Henry Thompson, represents clients as counsel in Florida and as compliance consultants nationwide.  The WRW Legal team bring its regulatory experience and practical experience in the deathcare industry to further its clients’ interests.

Clients of WRW Legal can expect experienced representation with a focus on responsiveness.  We understand the deathcare profession’s 24/7 requirements and work hard to support our clients when they need us.
